First, some background. On May 28th, I received a letter from my landlords, letting me know that they’ve decided to sell the home we’ve been renting for the past six years. They offered me the first right of refusal and requested a response by July 1. If we decided not to buy, they asked us to vacate by July 15th. Not a lot of time to figure this out
